At present the club consists of a
choir that sings a variety of music in 4 parts, from Blue Moon and Smoke
Gets in Your Eyes to older music such as Madrigals and Glees. We meet in
the Osman Room of the Clubhouse on Monday lunch-times from 12:15pm to 1:15pm.
In the summer we have a concert
in the Sunken Garden. For details of the most recent concert see
Midsummer Concert 2011.
At Christmas a larger choir is
formed to lead the singing at the Hursley Carol Service, and afterwards a band
forms to play more carols and Christmas music in the Clubhouse. More details
will appear on the Hursley
home page nearer the time.
Various other events occur
throughout the year (not necessarily related to singing).
